About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our Distribution team in Dublin. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while supporting strategic growth.
The successful candidate will be at the heart of our client relationships, managing day-to-day interactions across a range of asset classes. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate delivery of regulatory, fund, and market reports, resolving technical queries, and coordinating legal documentation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team, build strong relationships, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business development processes within Insurance and/or wealth markets.
- Proven experience in client service delivery, including managing relationships, resolving queries, and coordinating pitches, updates, and events.
- Solid knowledge of asset management or insurance operations, particularly within a distribution function.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships across teams.
- Highly organised and motivated to deliver first-class client service, balancing client needs with business objectives.
