Job Title: Insurance Specialist - Personal Lines

We're seeking an Experienced Insurance Professional to join our team in Navan. The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance and be looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role:

  • This is a fully office-based role, where you'll work face-to-face with customers who visit the office, as well as handling calls and enquiries from existing and new clients.
  • You'll be assisting individuals with new quotes, policy changes, MTAs, and queries about renewals.
  • The role involves dealing with car, home, and commercial vehicle insurance, so relevant experience in a similar personal lines role is preferred.

Your Profile:

  • Applicants should have at least 1 year's experience in an insurance role (broker or insurer) and be actively working towards their APA qualification through the Insurance Institute.
  • A background in sales and genuine interest in helping people are essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required, as you'll be comfortable working as part of a team and meeting customers face-to-face.
