This role is a key part of the administrative team in our ground operations crew. We are looking for a strong team player who can provide excellent customer service and support to our airports across the network.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Main point of contact for all airports in our network, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and contractual agreements by ground handling service providers.
  • Identify under-performance issues by airports and ground handling service providers and help resolve them.
  • Coordinate and produce reports on key performance areas such as punctuality, customer service, ancillary revenues, safety, and security.
  • Manage disruptions and ensure efficient customer care as per regulations.
  • Authorize invoices for ad-hoc ground handling services.
  • Perform general administration duties and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, technical and problem-solving abilities, and maintain excellent communication skills across all levels.

We value initiative, self-direction, motivation, and knowledge of PDC / PPS / ASTRAL and experience with IATA / EASA AIR OPS / FTLs.
