Director, Legal & Regulatory

This newly created role offers access to a broad client base of institutions, public and private companies, and high net worth individuals.

You will advise on a range of deals such as securitisations, fund-linked structured products, repackagings, securities lending, and repos.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise major financial instructions on structured finance matters;
  • Work closely with the tax and banking groups;
  • Maintain high career ambition level with partnership as the end goal.
Requirements and Skills:
  • 2 to 4 years PQE in structured finance with a large commercial firm in Dublin or London;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good technical knowledge of current tax legislation;
  • Motivated and capable of working independently in a pressured environment;
  • Pro-active approach to client relationship management;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team within the Firm.
