- Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Knockrobin Hill Care Home. This rotational and flexible role requires a combined knowledge of clinical practice, project management, service management, continuing education and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of resident care, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care delivered to residents.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the care home.
- Foster strong relationships with staff, residents, and families, building trust and confidence in your leadership.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligibility to be so registered.
- Minimum 2-3 years' relevant post-registration experience in a healthcare setting.
- Post-registration qualification in gerontology and/or dementia care is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated clinical and professional ability, leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
