Expert Maternity Nurse Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Maternity Nurse to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Antenatal & Postnatal Care: Conduct routine check-ups, provide health education, and support to women and their families.
- Labour & Birth Support: Assist during labour and delivery, ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and baby.
- Emotional & Physical Support: Offer continuous care and support throughout the birthing process.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Must have eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA passport or appropriate work visa).
- Triage training and certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Mandatory training including but not exclusive to Current Basic Life Support (BLS). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification(desirable), Safety Intervention training(formerly MAPA can be supplied by Direct Medics)
- Garda Vetting (cost covered by employer).
- Minimum 6 months post-registration experience
- Experience in high-acuity environments and familiarity with Irish or UK healthcare systems (HSE/NHS or private).
