About the Role

The Production Efficiency Lead is a key position at Team Horizon, responsible for driving process efficiencies and excellence in manufacturing. As the primary production process owner, you will lead New Product Introduction, Life Cycle Management Projects, and CAPEX projects.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results-oriented solutions, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, with experience in Fill Finish or related manufacturing or GMP experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive process efficiencies and excellence in manufacturing.
  • Develop, review, and approve Generic Master Batch Records and Parameter Value Lists.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results-oriented solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science discipline.
  • 3+ years of biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in cGMP manufacturing and testing of pharmaceutical products.
