Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Project Information Manager and Project Team to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to implement project standards, methods, and procedures in accordance with ISO 19650 Part 1 & 2: 2018.
  • E nsure all project milestones are met on time and to the expected standards by adhering to the Project Exchange Information Requirements.
  • Implement and maintain digital plans, including the BIM Execution plan and Asset Management Plan.
  • Federate digital information received by Task Teams and prepare clash detection, data verification, and model health check reports.
  • Support the Design / Construction Lead for the coordination and management of Task Teams' digital information models.
  • Develop and execute a BIM Coordination Schedule in line with the construction sequence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferably 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in an Engineering or Design-related subject.
  • Strong knowledge of Navisworks and Revit, other BIM software is desirable.
