Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our design team in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. With a focus on the energy sector, this role will involve overseeing multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery, within budget and to the required standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and environmental engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and mentoring junior staff. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related discipline
  • Chartered Engineer status
  • A minimum of 7 years' post-graduate experience in design and project management
  • Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong experience in client engagement and stakeholder management
