Job Title: Master Captain

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Master Captain to operate and manage a windfarm support vessel in Northern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely navigate and manage the vessel, its machinery, and associated equipment;\
• Implement safety and environmental policies, motivate crew members to execute those policies, issue orders, and review safety and pollution prevention activities;\
• Report defects and other matters with implications for safe operations or pollution risk;\
• Appraise and coordinate on-board training requirements;\
• Care for electronic navigational aids and communications equipment;\
• Review on-board contingency plans and ship procedures;\
• Be responsible for safety management, navigation, efficient running, and upkeep of the vessel;\
• Ensure all ship's certificates are kept in date;\
• Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, codes, and guidelines.\
• Collaborate with the crew to achieve optimal performance and maintain a safe working environment.\
