Job Role

This Graduate Trainee Company Secretary role reports directly to the Senior Assistant Company Secretary, supporting our corporate secretariat team.

You will play a vital role ensuring our governance processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with best practices.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Corporate Governance Support: Preparing board and committee meeting agendas, minutes, and documentation.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring Experian's compliance with corporate governance, legal, regulatory, and stock exchange listing requirements.
  • Company Secretarial Administration: Maintaining minute books and statutory records, filing annual returns, and ensuring compliance with statutory filing obligations.
