Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our organization. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all aspects of financial modelling, administration, reporting, and budgeting.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing financial performance, leading financial operations, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the CEO to execute an ambitious growth strategy, including expansion into new markets, securing investment, and driving operational efficiencies.
About the Role:
- Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Oversight of financial modelling, administration, reporting, and budgeting
- Leadership of financial operations and support for strategic decision-making
- Collaboration with the CEO on growth strategy execution
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a recognized accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and at least three to five years of experience in a leadership position. Experience in a fast-growing, dynamic organization, particularly within healthcare, technology, or a related sector, would be highly advantageous.
A strong finance professional with technical expertise, financial acumen, and strategic insight is required. Key competencies for this role include leadership, strategic vision, attention to detail, collaboration, and organizational ability. Proficiency in financial systems and software, along with experience in investment strategy, M&A, and fundraising, will also be critical.
