About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our content meets the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies, protocols, and training programs to improve the quality of our content.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain expertise in areas such as safety abuse and account support.
  2. Contribute to projects that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Expert Review team.
  3. Collaborate with vendor operations to ensure feedback is shared with relevant teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or master's or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
