Maintenance Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive maintenance strategy for equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure high levels of technical performance.
  • Inventory & Spare Parts Management: Oversee the inventory of spare parts and tools to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead the effort to identify opportunities for improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification: Certification in maintenance management or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading a team of technicians and managing maintenance projects.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and systems.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Schedule: Full-time position, with occasional overtime as required.
  • Physical Environment: Ability to work in a noisy, physically demanding industrial environment.
  • Exposure: Regular exposure to machinery, tools, and equipment.

This job requires a proactive maintenance manager who can lead a team of maintenance technicians. The ideal candidate should have experience in maintenance management and be able to develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills.
