As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a high standard of visual displays, including setting up shop floors and stockrooms
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions efficiently and effectively at till points
  • Delivery Management: Receive, unpack, and check new deliveries, getting products on the shop floor and ensuring accurate pricing
Key Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work 20-24 hours per week across Sunday to Saturday
  • Personal Qualities: Passionate about people and creating positive experiences; honest, strong communicator, and team player with good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Growth Mindset: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in fashion and the latest looks
