The safety and cleanliness of our facilities are paramount to us. To ensure the highest standards are maintained, we are seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our Site Facilities team.

This role involves providing comprehensive pest control services for our commercial premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections to identify potential risks and implementing effective solutions to eliminate or control infestations.

Key responsibilities include developing cost-effective strategies, generating income through service contracts, prospecting for new clients, and preparing quotations. You will also conduct pest control surveys, manage service contracts, maintain accurate records, and provide expert advice on pest prevention.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who is BPCA/RSPH qualified in Pest Management to Level 2 as a minimum. You will have a strong knowledge of pest identification, behaviour, and removal methods. Additionally, you will possess good people skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders.

You will work closely with our Site Services Contract Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement safe work practices. This role requires flexibility, with the ability to work at height and in confined spaces if necessary.
