Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Drive towards an embedded Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) culture, creating a continually progressive culture that prioritizes our number one core value: Safety.">

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.

">

Lead all aspects of Project Team functions, including Performance, Risk, Commercial Success, Financials, Processes, HSEQS, Stakeholder Management, Project Administration, Design Management, and Project Close Out.

">

Compile and implement the Project Execution Plan, with specific reference to the HSE & Quality plan.

">

Prepare contract reports and provide updates to monthly cost meetings.

">

Review buildability and identify methods of construction with commercial or program advantages where possible.

">

Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction of structures, facilities, and systems.

">

Develop project plans and schedules and execute plans to achieve agreed outcomes.

">

Coordinate project activities in accordance with our company's Quality System, Standard Quality Procedures, and Engineering Specifications.

">

Manage the complete day-to-day life cycle of projects from initial stages through to hand-over.

">

Achieve agreed objectives in the areas of timely delivery, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.

">

Implement a 'right first time' philosophy throughout the project life cycle.

">

Be responsible for the successful delivery of projects through leadership, management, technical, and engineering expertise throughout the project life cycle.

">

Manage the day-to-day site operations of subcontractors on site.

">

Ensure the workflow of sub-contractors aligns with the program of works on site.

">

Attend regular meetings with clients, architects, and consultants, keeping them informed of progress.

">

Oversee quality control and safety matters on site, ensuring compliance with regulations.

">

Handle technical queries when necessary and interface with clients, consultants, and architects regarding RFIs.

">

Qualifications/Experience:

">

We are seeking candidates with a Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Civil, Structural, or Construction Management.

">

Candidates should have experience working within a main/specialist contractor environment.

">

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

">

They must have in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project execution.

">

Proficiency in MS Office, Project, or similar scheduling packages is required.

">

Candidates should also have good knowledge of safety management and quality management.

">

Leadership, mentoring, and motivating staff under them is essential.
