Business Operations Manager Opportunity

This role offers a chance to lead and support teams in driving daily operations, ensuring smooth delivery of projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office staff and field engineers to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee operational management, including facilities upkeep, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Coordinate scheduling to maximize resource utilization across projects and service delivery
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous employee development
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, Health & Safety regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and brand presence
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to long-term planning
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Support financial operations by liaising with accounts and payroll departments
