We are looking for a Digital Content Creator to join our team at Hendrick Hotels Limited. As a Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging content across various online channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall sales and marketing effort for the hotels by developing innovative and relevant content for customers across all online touchpoints.
  • Assist with E-commerce related digital projects.
  • Be responsible for the Hotel's own website content, ensuring content is relevant and up-to-date with the Hotel Sales strategy.
  • Manage brand content on the online distribution platforms - Online Travel Agencies, etc.
  • Assist with driving consumer CRM strategy and execution of campaign activities, working closely with the hotel and Tifco management teams.
  • Provide oversight of customer review websites to ensure guest feedback is monitored, responded to, and shared with the hotel team.
  • Develop creative content and strategies to drive brand engagement across websites and social media.
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content as it's created.
  • Help optimize paid campaigns across all platforms.
  • Manage and oversee the daily rollout of content on all social media channels.
  • Build on and grow an already strong existing network of followers on social media, increasing brand loyalty.
  • Create content designed to create engagement and grow followers.
  • Work with hotels to develop marketing content, including infographics, blog posts, video testimonials, and presentations.
  • Report engagement results of campaigns monthly.
