Job Role

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Construction Operatives/Labourers for general site work.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assisting tradesmen with manual labour tasks.
  • Site preparation, clearance, and clean-up activities.
  • Loading and unloading materials and tools.
  • Operating basic hand tools and small plant equipment (if qualified).
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to all site safety procedures.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience on a construction site is highly desirable.
  • Physical fitness and ability to carry out manual tasks.
  • A strong work ethic and punctuality in attending work hours.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • A good understanding of site safety protocols.
Desirable Skills:
  • Possession of a valid CSR/CSCS card.
  • Manual handling or health and safety training certification.
  • Access to transportation or the ability to travel reliably to site locations.
