Key Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our team on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including programme documentation, raising contract requisitions, and providing support to editorial teams.

  • Administrative Support: General administrative support to the Independent Productions office.
  • Correspondence Management: Managing correspondence with external independent producers.
  • eCommissioning System Oversight: Overseeing eCommissioning system for programme proposal assessments.
  • Document Organisation: Maintaining and organising supporting programme documentation.
  • Meeting Preparation: Preparing materials for programme meetings.
  • Time Management: Scheduling meetings and managing team calendars.
  • Financial Administration: Assisting with processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and familiar with office systems and procedures.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills are required.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
