We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to head our quality and regulatory compliance efforts. As Head of Quality, Compliance & Risk, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet regulatory requirements and minimize risks.
Key to this role is your ability to lead quality and regulatory compliance teams and manage quality programs effectively. With a minimum of 7 years of experience in quality and regulatory compliance executive leadership positions, you will possess the necessary expertise to drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a healthcare-related discipline and excellent organizational and time management skills. They will also be able to plan and prioritize work while responding flexibly to changing priorities.
Essential Criteria:- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality and regulatory compliance executive leadership positions.
- Master's degree in a healthcare-related discipline.
- Demonstrated success leading quality and regulatory compliance teams & managing quality programs.
- Health service knowledge and experience that enables our service benchmark itself against peers.
