Lead Water Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Drainage Engineer to deliver high-quality drainage design services across all stages of project development.
- Deliver high-quality drainage design services across all stages of project development on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Provide innovative solutions to achieve best value in service delivery.
- Collaborate with other offices in a multi-office environment.
- Assist in estimating work costs and bidding for new projects.
- Degree qualification.
- Familiarity with the design and development of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS).
- In-depth understanding of highway and land drainage construction and maintenance.
- Confidence in managing and leading a team of junior and less experienced staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering comprehensive drainage strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Maintaining knowledge of industry developments and standards.
