Production Operations Specialist Job Overview

This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns. As a Production Operations Specialist, you will be tasked with setting up and updating campaign components, using HTML and CSS to format and QA campaign assets, performing daily QA testing, and coordinating the review process with pre- and post-legal teams.

The ideal candidate will have basic to intermediate HTML/CSS skills, familiarity with QA practices for web/email content, strong attention to detail, and experience with content management systems or marketing automation tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and updating campaign components in internal systems
  • Using HTML and CSS to format and QA campaign assets
  • Performing daily QA testing across campaign elements
  • Coordinating the review process with pre- and post-legal teams

The successful candidate will have excellent organization, communication, and time management skills. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
