Senior Portfolio Strategist

In a rapidly evolving mobile technology landscape, you will spearhead the development and execution of a competitive device and future technology product portfolio across consumer and business segments.

About This Role:
  • Create comprehensive product portfolios that cater to diverse customer needs
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of global technology trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop vendor strategies to align with customer focus and future direction
  • Making informed ranging decisions based on market insights and customer requirements

You will be responsible for owning the strategic outlook, development, and creation of our product strategy and ranging for all hardware supporting consumer and business customers. You will research, understand, educate the wider business on global trends in technology to support our customers. Present ranges to senior management to secure buy-in.

The Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing all product vendor relationships and leading vendor roadmap strategies
  • Collaborating with the Senior Commercial Manager to develop our vendor strategy
  • Developing devices, broadband, products, and technology portfolio ranging which will support our strategic ambitions for consumer and business
  • Securing buy-in from all stakeholders and obtaining sign-off from senior management
  • Researching and understanding the latest trends in technology, such as AI, to inform ranging strategy and educating key stakeholders within the business to support strategy

You will align portfolio decisions with company strategy, customer demographics, and market trends across smartphones, broadband, and ecosystems. Support product launches and go-to-markets in collaboration with trading, insights, supply chain, and wider business. Including product launches across all channels, including marketing support and performance tracking.
