ICDS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS LTD is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join our team in County Meath. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Core Duties- Conduct duties in accordance with training procedures and promote company values and best practice standards;
- Assist Department Managers and Supervisors in identifying training needs;
- Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge;
- Maintain accurate training records and administer the company's LMS;
- Audit the training system on a monthly basis and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
- Training Skills Certificate QQI Level 6 or equivalent;
- Experience operating equipment and an understanding of production demands;
- Effective communication and influencing skills;
- Good organisational, planning, and time management skills;
- A desire for creativity and innovation.
