Core Duties
  • Conduct duties in accordance with training procedures and promote company values and best practice standards;
  • Assist Department Managers and Supervisors in identifying training needs;
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge;
  • Maintain accurate training records and administer the company's LMS;
  • Audit the training system on a monthly basis and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Training Skills Certificate QQI Level 6 or equivalent;
  • Experience operating equipment and an understanding of production demands;
  • Effective communication and influencing skills;
  • Good organisational, planning, and time management skills;
  • A desire for creativity and innovation.
