Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, as well as maintaining regulatory compliance.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes and procedures that meet industry standards. This includes conducting regular audits, implementing corrective actions, and training employees on quality-related topics.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Implement corrective actions and take necessary steps to prevent future issues
  • Train employees on quality-related topics and provide guidance on best practices
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. chemistry, chemical engineering)
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of quality management principles, GMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
