Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and liaison with design and client workgroup leads, model reviews
  • Prepare and lead constructability reviews across every facet of the build
  • Prepare detailed SOWs for trade contract procurement

The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 10+ years' experience in a similar role. Biotech/Pharma knowledge and excellent multi-disciplinary knowledge are also essential. Excellent communication skills and people management skills are required to effectively manage site CSA staff.
