Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to provide exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the existing team with clerical tasks
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Accurately input, update, and manage files
  • Support diary management and appointment scheduling
  • Process payments and manage receipts/invoices accurately
  • Handle correspondence and communication effectively
  • Work a varied roster, including 24-hour shifts, over 7 days
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a clerical or reception role is essential
  • Immediate availability and flexibility to work nights required
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with people
