Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising a team of employees, managing inventory levels, and coordinating shipments.

  • Lead the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence through effective communication, coaching, and development of team members
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics processes
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Operations Manager who possesses excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics coordination.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a warehouse environment
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and increasing efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
