About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of our construction projects, including producing fully priced and detailed bills of quantities, labour hours, and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all commercial aspects of contracts
  • Producing fully priced and detailed bills of quantities, labour hours, and materials
  • Preparing costs for variations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 1+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
