About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our dynamic service team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of coffee machines across a diverse customer base.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with traditional and bean-to-cup coffee machines, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. A proactive and independent approach to field-based work is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on coffee machines
  • Install new equipment at client sites
  • Diagnose and repair faults efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support
  • Participate in an on-call weekend rota (1 in 4)

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience with traditional and bean-to-cup coffee machines
  • Full driving licence (essential)
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive and independent approach to field-based work
