About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Compensation Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing month-end accruals, year-end formulaic compensation, reporting, analysis and various ad hoc requests related processes. This will involve driving strategic projects to help increase efficiencies through process re-engineering and automation, including cross-functional collaboration with technology, senior management and portfolio managers.
This position demands an analytical approach to problem-solving, as well as outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills. It requires you have a keen eye for detail and able to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment while remaining calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare month-end accruals and year-end formulaic compensation reports.
- Develop and implement strategic projects to improve efficiency and automate processes.
- Analyze data and provide insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or other business-focused majors.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional working groups.
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, and proven thoroughness and strong ownership of work.
- Strong Excel skills (including v-lookup and pivot tables).
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment; high sense of urgency and resilience.
