Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct home visits and assessments to identify the needs of families and individuals.
  • Develop and implement support plans to address these needs.
  • Work collaboratively with local services and community groups to provide holistic support.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics in accordance with organisational policy.
  • Participate in the evaluation and development of the service.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A degree level qualification in social care, psychology, sociology, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in a social care setting.
  • Ability to develop professional skills as identified through supervision.
  • Familiarity with child protection and welfare responsibilities.
