Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Dublin.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in strategic HR partnerships, talent management, and payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the HR and administrative functions of the organization.
  • Partner strategically with the Global Executive Team to drive business growth and development.
  • Lead recruitment and talent development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate annual HR initiatives, engagement programs, and company events.
  • Oversee facilities management for Dublin offices.
  • Support group projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Supervise the Dublin HR team to ensure high-quality service.
  • Report to the Head of HR and Admin.
  • Undertake any additional duties or business travel as required.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in HR and administration management.
  • Strong strategic HR partnership skills.
  • Expertise in recruitment and talent management.
  • Skilled in payroll oversight and HR policy development.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives.
