About the RoleThe Contract Management Associate will report to the Associate Director, Contracting, and will be responsible for managing the contract process, including drafting, negotiation, and maintenance of master agreements, single project agreements, amendments, and other agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Create Contract Workspaces, save draft agreements, update metadata fields, relate contract families, initiate workflows, and complete tasks.
- Collaborate with assigned functional area to improve and maintain data quality within the Procurement Contracting System.
- Migrate Agreements into the Procurement Contracting Systems as applicable.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
