Dining Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Catering Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the well-being and satisfaction of our customers.
About the Role:
This role involves maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, serving meals, and performing basic cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in catering, be able to work effectively in a team and independently, and possess a strong work ethic and hands-on approach.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas
- Serving meals and assisting with food service
- Replenishing supplies and tidying facilities during service
- Supporting residents professionally and promptly
- Performing additional duties as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Catering experience in a similar setting (advantageous)
- Strong customer service skills with sensitivity towards residents
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- HACCP training (preferred)
- Flexibility to work varied hours and days
