The Accounts Payable Specialist is a key member of the Finance team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. High-volume AP Processing: Perform high-volume Accounts Payable tasks efficiently and accurately.
  2. Month-End Processes: Manage month-end reconciliations and reporting for a smooth close.
  3. Supplier Reconciliations: Prepare and complete supplier and creditor reconciliations.
  4. Bank Reconciliations: Conduct weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
  5. Supplier Payments: Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
  6. Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

About This Role

This role involves reconciling supplier accounts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining records to support audit requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience: Recent experience in a similar Accounts Payable role.
  • Language: Fluent English.
  • Eligibility: Right to live and work in Ireland.
