At Analog Devices International Unlimited Company, we are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our Ireland-based team. As a key member of the HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our Global Operations and Technology organization.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a US multinational environment. You will be expected to partner with senior leaders to achieve shared company objectives, build relationships with key stakeholders, and act as an advisor and coach to other members of the functional leadership teams.

You will also be responsible for championing the company's values and culture, continuing the ability to attract, engage, and retain a high-performance team that can lead growth. This includes participating in talent review processes, driving talent development and career progression.

Additionally, you will support line management in forecasting and planning talent acquisition requirements, leveraging workforce planning tools and supporting execution on talent plans. You will develop a strong associate engagement program that facilitates open communication with leadership, advancement of the associate value proposition, and educates associates on how they contribute to enterprise-wide goals.

In this role, you will foster constructive associate relationships across the organization, understand associate needs, and facilitate effective communication channels between leaders and associates. You will proactively partner with management and internal and external union representation fostering collaboration and engagement to meet business objectives.

Furthermore, you will advise and coach managers on relevant employee relations matters, oversee grievance, disciplinary investigations processes and performance improvement plans in line with policies and procedures. You will collaborate with HR Center's of Excellence (COEs) to implement HR methodologies and procedures that will support efficient business performance and improve people management capability.
