Quantity Surveyor Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and procurement, ensuring timely completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Cost Management: Monitor and control project expenses, negotiating changes with the design team as required.
  • Project Procurement: Issue tender inquiries, prepare reports, and make appointments in line with the construction schedule.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly project payment applications and cost reports, detailing financial performance for senior management.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in quantity surveying on civil projects
  • Prior experience working with main contractors is advantageous
  • Professional Qualification: Chartered or working towards chartership
  • Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in IT systems

Package:

  • Salary €55-75K negotiable based on experience
