We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Nurse. This is a full-time, fixed-term role (12 months) working 37.5 hours a week. You will be based at our Kilkenny Dialysis Unit and will be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
- Provide holistic care to patients undergoing haemodialysis
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
- NMBI Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience working in an acute medical, surgical field or renal nursing
- Adaptability and ability to work in a busy dialysis clinic
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
