We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Waterford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support within our retail stores.

This is a temporary role until further notice, requiring the ability to work flexible hours between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday.

You will need to complete your full shift during this time frame and may be required to travel to different stores within your designated zone.

We are looking for someone with prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in the fashion industry.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be expected to:

  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping within our stores
  • Process stock deliveries and set up promotional activities
  • Work collaboratively with host management teams to drive sales growth
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent sales support

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Sales and retail sales experience
  • Access to a smartphone with Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later
