Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Commercial Finance team in all aspects of acquisition management accounting.
  • Integrate acquisitions into our ways of working, focusing on alignment of reporting and planning.
  • Support acquired finance teams in onboarding and integration.
  • Assist the Wholesale & Foodservice Commercial Finance team during significant change and growth.
  • Lead weekly performance reports for acquisitions, including sales, margin, and PBT.
  • Manage periodic management accounts consolidation for acquisitions.
  • Forecasts, budgets, and 3YP consolidation for acquisitions.
  • Participate in the hard close process and YE audits, advising on risks within acquisition entities.
