Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Beauty Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, achieving sales targets and upholding the highest standards of product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering expert product advice through exceptional product knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Exceeding sales targets and meeting company acquisition goals
  • Following all stock handling policies to ensure accuracy and minimize stock loss
  • Communicating effectively with the store team
  • Confidently interacting with external business partners and customers
  • Fully embracing the team effort and taking pride in achieving common goals
  • Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and sharing with the team
  • Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures
