Production Team Member Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our production team as a Production Team Member. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is looking to develop their skills and experience.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position, working 4 days on and 4 days off per week.
  • The shift will start at 6:00am and end at 6:30pm daily.
  • You will be responsible for operating slicer machines, changing base webs, films and labels on packs when required, coordinating with log prep/packaging teams when required, collecting accurate slicing/packaging yield information when required, and complying with all internal SOPs, and Health & Safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate slicer machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Change base webs, films and labels on packs when required to maintain product quality and presentation.
  • Coordinate with log prep/packaging teams to ensure smooth production flow and meet customer requirements.
  • Collect accurate slicing/packaging yield information to support production planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal SOPs, and Health & Safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Conversational English is a requirement for Health & Safety reasons.
  • Team Player with excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Logical thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • No qualifications are required for this role, but training is provided.
