Senior Product Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Product Delivery Specialist to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from inception through launch.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and delivery of high-quality products that meet business objectives.
- Prioritise product features and collaborate with stakeholders to establish a shared vision for product direction.
- Drive efficient product execution by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Transform product requirements into actionable deliverables and ensure timely release.
- Partner with designers to create optimal customer experiences and iterate on user-centric product requirements.
- Develop and manage product backlogs to align with evolving priorities and business needs.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Proven experience in a product leadership role, focusing on product delivery in software or technology environments.
- Demonstrated understanding of the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and ongoing iteration.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster alignment among stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.
- Experience working directly with development teams, including creating user stories, managing backlogs, and ensuring clear requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to define, measure, and communicate product performance using data-driven insights.
