Reliability Engineer

As a key member of our team, the Maintenance Scheduler will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of maintenance operations. This critical position involves coordinating all preventive and corrective maintenance activities to meet operational and compliance requirements.
Description of Duties:- Schedule and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure seamless execution and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with planners, technicians, vendors, and engineering stores to ensure spare parts and resources are available when needed.
- Maintain and update job plans to reflect current procedures and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to safety and quality enhancements.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are recorded in the CMMS and are audit-ready, following ALCOA+ principles.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and assist in resolving maintenance issues where responsibilities are unclear.
- FETAC Level 6 or equivalent in an Engineering and Instrumentation discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Med Device industry maintenance role.
- Proven experience with maintenance planning and scheduling tools (e.g., CMMS).
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead change.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Ms Office Suite advanced.
- CMMS experience essential.
