Job Role

This role plays a vital part in ensuring daily operations run smoothly at our branch. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting both warehouse and retail counter operations.

Your contribution will help maintain high performance and ensure we consistently deliver on our customer promise.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a safety-first culture with customers at the heart of everything.
  • Work to achieve balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure the branch is operationally efficient and that correct controls are in place to support a customer-first experience.
  • Support colleagues in delivering a safety-first culture at all times.
  • Improve returns, credits, and warranty processes to enhance customer experience and create seamless processes when supporting the retail counter.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills to develop strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to utilise technology to execute comprehensive fleet checks and deliver a zero-accident mentality while maintaining a safety-first culture.
  • High levels of focus, energy, and drive.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Flexibility to adapt to day-to-day tasks to best support the branch.
