About the Role
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by taking accurate food and drink orders, serving efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.
  • Work closely with bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless event operations.
  • Handle customer queries professionally, resolve any issues promptly, and maintain a positive attitude throughout events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end events environment.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
