Role Summary

This role is about providing an excellent shopping experience to customers through a helpful, friendly and knowledgeable approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the store team by replenishing stock outside of normal trading hours, merchandising products in-store, and unloading stock/deliveries.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy and safe for colleagues and customers.
  • Unload stock/deliveries and manage inventory levels.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the store team.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible hours.
  • Passion for working in a retail environment.
  • Previous retail experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
